Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the Forms 1120 & 5472 filing platform collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, filing workflow, PDF tools, API, and optional signature-capture features.

1. Who we are

The service is a PDF-prefill and filing-preparation tool for Forms 5472 and 1120. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the service.

2. Data we collect

Session and account data

If you choose to save your session, we collect the email address you provide and associate that email address with the browser session and filings tied to it.

Filing data

We store the information you enter into the filing workflow, which may include:

  • Company name, EIN, address, tax year, and incorporation details
  • Owner name, address, residence information, and identifying numbers
  • Financial inputs, transaction data, statements, and PDF-related filing data
  • Any other information you choose to enter into the filing form fields

This may include sensitive financial or tax-related information.

Signature data

If you capture or upload a signature, we may store the signature image, adjusted or cropped versions of that image, and related processing settings so the signature can be inserted into a PDF.

Usage and technical data

Like most web services, we and our infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, request metadata, and related logs needed to operate, secure, and monitor the service.

3. How we collect information

  • Directly from you when you enter filing information, add an email address, upload a file, or use the signature flow.
  • From your device when you grant camera access for signature capture.
  • Automatically through the operation of the website and underlying infrastructure.
  • From browser storage when the application restores saved drafts and settings on your device.

4. How we use your data

  • Provide the filing workflow, save drafts, and generate PDF outputs.
  • Associate a browser session and its filings with an email address when you choose to save your session.
  • Store and restore saved drafts across visits or devices when available.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

5. Data storage

The service uses browser storage on your device and remote storage operated through Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers, D1, KV, and static hosting. Data may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where Cloudflare operates infrastructure.

6. Third-party services

At this time, the only named third-party infrastructure provider used to operate the service is Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request data and host application assets, APIs, and stored data in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Data sharing

  • With Cloudflare and related infrastructure components to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the service.
  • With third-party services you independently choose to use outside the platform, such as a separate fax provider, after you leave the service or submit information directly to that provider.
  • When reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • In connection with a sale, financing, reorganization, merger, or transfer of all or part of the service, subject to applicable law.

8. Security

We use measures intended to protect information appropriate to the nature of the service, including HTTPS in transit and access controls for production infrastructure. No service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain filings and saved sessions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Some data may persist in backups or cached systems for a limited time before deletion.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.

  • You can edit information in the application before generating final PDFs.
  • You can delete filings from the dashboard.
  • If additional privacy request channels are made available on the site, those channels will govern how to submit requests.

11. Camera access and signature data

Camera access is optional and is used only if you choose to capture a handwritten signature. If you capture or upload a signature and save the filing, the signature image and related settings may be stored with the filing data and included in generated PDFs.

12. Do Not Track and similar signals

The service does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals or similar mechanisms.

13. Children’s privacy

The service is not directed to children and is intended for adult business and tax-preparation use. Do not use the service to submit information about a child unless you are authorized to do so and the submission is necessary for lawful use of the service.

14. Changes to this policy

If this Privacy Policy changes materially, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after the updated policy is posted constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.

15. Contact

If you need to contact us regarding privacy questions or requests, use the contact details or support channel made available on the website from time to time.
